Why doesn't [thing] work?

If the issue has already been posted in #bug-reports or listed in #known-bugs, there's a good chance we've already taken a look at it. If not, please make a post so we know.

Where can I download the patched apps?

On the website. You'll find the most complete experience on version 1.3.x for iOS, but Trellis also supports older and newer versions. Be aware that they might not be fully working. If you find a bug that isn't already reported in #bug-reports (or listed in #known-bugs), please let us know.

Source code?

No.

Why does 5.x keep logging me out?

No idea. At this point in time, we don't know how to fix it. We do know that running 5.x in LiveContainer heavily reduces the chance you'll get logged out.

Why won't my video post?

You have to wait 5 minutes after posting your last video before uploading another one. If you posted recently, wait and try again later.

Can I upload from the website?

Only if you are trusted and/or verified.

Can I please please please be verified?

General criteria for verification is having contributed a decent amount to legacy iOS, Trellis, Ivy, or other online communities. If you meet these requirements, you should already be verified.

What about being trusted?

There's no exact method to become trusted. If we trust you, we'll give you the role.

VMs?

VMs are not going to be added/released.

Why is my application taking so long?

It could be for a variety of reasons. Check #announcements; we may have posted an update explaining the delay.

Why is my feed blank?

You either need to follow people or go to the website and change your timeline type in your settings.

Why does it say "An error occurred" when I log in or why does it spin then disappear?

Your app is being SSL pinned. Install the SSL Pinning Disabler tweak from the APT repository (link on the Downloads page), or (not recommended) use SSL Kill Switch.
